Epitomy is a database that provides a comprehensive listing of posttranscriptionally modified nucleosides from RNA.

Datasets

The Human and mouse data was collected from multiple experimental studies and the RNA modifications and Tissue level Transcript expression are reported.

Transcript Expression Data Source:
Human RNA-seq Transcript counts from GTEX were downloaded using the Recount2 Bioconductor package in R, and each transcript read counts were normalized to RPKM. Mouse RNA seq data was downloaded from Mouse Body Map and ENCODE. The raw data was processed using the HISAT-Stringtie pipeline to get the expression level for transcripts IN TPM (Transcripts per Million)
